Letztens kontaktierte mich die Zeitschrift „Laura“, um mich in einem Artikel übers Selbermachen zusammen mit zwei weiteren Kreativen zu präsentieren. Es gab ein sehr interessantes Interview, das mich aufs Neue dazu brachte, die Richtung, in die RevoluzZza gehen soll, zu überdenken und zu hinterfragen.

Recently I was contacted by a German women’s journal „Laura“. The editor wanted to write about the new do-it-yourself movement – and chose me and two other creatives as an example. We had a very interesting interview that made me think again about the future of RevoluzZza.
Sometimes we felt as if we were melting away (it was really pretty hot) – but in general we had such a nice and sunny weekend! Thanks to all the nice and interesting visitors and customers. The Wedding Dress#4 was really a huge success for RevoluzZza and we enjoyed so much to get to know so many interesting and inspiring people, customers and designers.

The coolest stuff for the kitchen: „No bitchin‘ in the kitchen“ from typocouture (as I’m not a housewife at all, I have to own at least cool housewife stuff :-)

My favorite ceramics – from Helmut Menzel. He doesn’t sell his amazing ceramics online so far – but maybe I could convince him to start an online shop :-)

And two more amazing labels I forgot to take photos of: Batata and tumult.
Batata is creating super cool kid’s shirts and clothes on bio-cotton with great prints on it. Both of my kids HAD to have one of those shirts :-)
And tumult was the label right beside us – and we had such a great time together. Heidi from tumult is designing and creating super cute and special little creatures as well as purses, bags and other accessoires.
We really enjoyed Wedding Dress this year again and we are looking forward to be a part of it again next year! Thank you all who visited us – you all made this event perfect!

If you are in Berlin next weekend – you really shouldn’t miss one of the most important parts of the Berlin Fashion Week 2009: Weddingdress#4 – the Festival of Urban Fashion and Livestyle. Beneath many very, very creative and unique fashion and design creations you will also find RevoluzZza there – we are taking part already the second year. And we are absolutely looking forward to meet many interesting and inspiring people next weekend (Silberfischer, Retrokinder, Smil and many more). Maybe we’ll meet you too? :-)
