Where is RevoluzZza? / Wo ist RevoluzZza?

Thank you all for your kind emails and wishes – I’m fine: Just moving to a new apartment with my whole family and the studio. And of course that includes a lot of work – especially as we decided to do some renovation at our new home to really make it our own: removing all kind of wallpapers (I really dislike the German habit of using ingrain wallpaper in every possible room and place), plaster our living room (including our ceiling, I hardly cannot feel my neck and arms anymore :-) ), put new flooring in every room, working on the stucco at the ceiling  that was hidden under many layers of paint (it’s a really old house)  and of course have to paint a million things… walls, doors and so on and so on. So I needed a RevoluzZzionary break and even skipped the Berlin Fashion Week this year – but it feels SO good to do all that physical work and see the results.
We will be moving next week and after that – you all will have me back: I promise :-)

Lieben Dank für all Eure Emails und Grüße – uns geht es gut: Wir ziehen nur um. Und da wir uns entschieden haben, unsere neue Wohnung ziemlich aufwendig zu renovieren und so ganz nach unseren Wünschen zu gestalten, nimmt das etwas Zeit in Anspruch: Wir haben sämtliche Rauhfasertapeten entfernt (ich finde Rauhfaser ist eine echte Plage… und hier wurde sie sogar an die Zimmerdecke geklebt…), im Wohnzimmer die Wände komplett neu verputzt (inklusive der Zimmerdecke, ich fühle meinen Nacken und meine Arme kaum noch… :-) ), den durch viele Lagen Farbe zugekleisterten Stuck zum Teil freigelegt, in jedem Zimmer neuen Fußboden verlegt und natürlich massenhaft Zeug gestrichen (Wände, Türen und alles mögliche). Ich brauchte also eine revoluzzzionäre Pause und habe diesmal auch komplett auf die Berlin Fashion Week verzichtet – und ich kann Euch sagen, diese Arbeit tat SO gut und das Ergebnis belohnt Schweiß und Muskelzittern und Beinahe-Leiterstürze aus 3.60 m Höhe :-)
Nächste Woche ziehen wir um und dann habt Ihr mich wieder: versprochen :-)
